The Homemade Butter Chicken To Impress Your Family
Ingredients for Homemade Butter Chicken:
- chicken breasts - 1/2 kilogram
- green cardamom - 3
- ginger paste - 1 tbsp
- Peppercorns - 6
- chopped green chillies - 5
- tomato puree - 2 cup
- heavy cream - 1 cup
- unsalted butter - 60 gm
- 4 clove
- garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- cinnamon stick -1 inch
- chill powder - 1 tsp
- garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
For Marination:
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- hung curd - 1 cup
- ginger paste - 2 tbsp
- garam masala -1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Salt -1/2 tsp
- chilli powder - 1 tsp
- garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- mustard oil -2 tbsp
For Garnishing:
Well sliced coriander leaves - 4 tablespoon
Butter Chicken
How to prepare Homemade Butter Chicken:
Step 1) In a moderate vessel, rub the chicken slices with the chilli powder, salt and lemon juice & put beside for around thirty mins. Take a tiny vessel & combine together the marinade components excepting unsalted butter. Rub chicken with the marinade & put beside for around half an hour.
Step 2) To prepare the sauce, melt butter in a heavy-bottom pot & drop the whole masalas in the vessel. Sauté for around 2 mins & then include ginger-garlic paste in the vessel alongside sliced green chillies. Stir it for around one minute or 2 until the raw smell of garlic fades away.
Step 3) Then, include the marinated chicken into the vessel with tomato puree, garam masala and chilli powder. Cook the chicken for around fifteen to twenty mins & lower the flame to low. Now, drop salt as per the requirement in the chicken & add 1 cup of water into the vessel.
Step 4) Finish garnishing with the sliced coriander leaves & serve the butter chicken dish instantly with the roti or rice.
