Paneer & Corn Curry Recipe: Rich And Flavoursome Recipe
An all-time party sabzi, paneer & corn is rich and flavoursome. This dish is rich in a creamy paste of cashews along with poppy seeds, garlic, ginger and onion. Try this amazing recipe at home.

Ingredients required to make paneer & corn curry
- Paneer cubes - 1 cup
- Sweet corn (Boiled) - 1 cup
- Oil - 1 ½ tablespoon
- Onion puree - ½ cup
- Bay leaf - 1
- Cinnamon stick - 1 small
- Laung - 2 cloves
- Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Tomato pulp - 1 cup
- Whisked curd - ½ cup
- Fresh cream - 2 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - To taste
- Copped coriander - 1 tablespoon
For paste
- Cashew nuts (broken) - 1 tablespoon
- Poppy seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Warm milk - 3 tablespoon
- Ginger (roughly chopped) - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (roughly chopped) - 1 tablespoon
For the paste
1) In a small bowl, add cashew nuts, warm milk and poppy seeds. Mix them well. Cover it using a lid and keep aside for around 30 minutes.
2) After 30 minutes, blend the mixture along with ginger and garlic into a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
Final process
1) Take a non-stick pan and heat the oil. Then add onion puree, cinnamon, bay leaf and cloves, saute them for around 2 minutes on medium flame.
2) Then add tomato pulp, ground paste and chilli powder. Mix well and continue to saute for further 2 minutes on medium flame.
3) Now add curd, garam masala, sugar, fresh cream and salt. Mix them well and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Stir continuously.
4) Then add paneer, corn and coriander. Mix them well cook for 2 more minutes.
5) Once done, switch off the flame and transfer the paneer & corn into a serving dish.
6) Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
7) Your paneer & corn curry is ready.
